Reseller FAQs
Do I need a trade account / VAT registration?
The programme is B2B only. You need to be a UK or Ireland-registered company — sole traders welcome. VAT registration is recommended but not required to apply.
How fast do you turn around quotes?
24 hours for standard products. Bespoke channel letter sets and architectural builds: 48 hours.
Can my client come direct after the first job?
The end-client relationship stays yours. We do not solicit your clients. NDAs available on request.
Do you provide marketing collateral?
Yes — product imagery, technical drawings, render templates and case studies are included in your reseller portal.
Is there a minimum volume commitment?
No. The programme is open-ended — you trade as much or as little as you need. Volume bonuses unlock at 5 and 10 orders.
