Do I need Listed Building Consent?
If your premises is listed (Grade I, II* or II), yes. Even minor fascia changes need consent in addition to Advertisement Consent. We prepare drawings and methodology.
Will a brewery / pubco accept new signage?
Most pubcos (Greene King, Stonegate, Marston’s, etc.) have a brand approval process. We design within their guidelines and produce the artwork pack for sign-off.
Can the sign survive coastal / wet weather?
Yes. We use marine-grade aluminium, IP65 housing and salt-resistant powder coating for coastal venues from Cornwall to Aberdeen.
Do you offer dimmable / scene-control?
Yes — DALI dimmable drivers and DMX scene controllers for late-night ambience. Standard on orders over £800.
What about A-boards and external menu boards?
We supply illuminated free-standing menu cabinets and lockable A-boards. Note local council pavement licence rules vary.
