How long before opening should we order?
Lock in design 6-8 weeks before opening. Production is 10-14 days, install 2-3 days, plus contingency for snagging. Late orders ship in 18 days express.
Can the sign survive a busy kitchen environment?
Yes — we recommend IP65 modules for areas near pass / kitchen heat or grease. They are wipe-clean and hold up to commercial degreasers.
Do we need permission for a fascia sign in the UK?
Most fascia letters get deemed consent under the 2007 Advertisement Regulations. Listed buildings, A-boards on pavement and projecting signs over 1m typically require Advertisement Consent. We prepare the application.
Can you match our brand colour exactly?
Yes. We mix LED PMS-matched colours for orders over £500 with no surcharge. RGB+W modules give 16M scene colours via app.
