What drives the price?

1. Tube length (most important)

The single biggest cost factor is how many metres of LED silicone tube your design uses. A simple “Open” in block letters might be 1.5 m of tube; a script-font 80 cm couple’s name might be 3 m; a complex logo can be 4–6 m.

Rule of thumb: ~£60 per metre of tube for production cost.

2. Acrylic backing

Two options:

• Contour cut (follows the shape) – premium, +£30–£90
• Rectangular/oval backing – more affordable, included in base price

3. Number of colours

One colour = base price. Two colours = +£20–£40. RGB / multicolour = +15–20%.

4. IP rating (indoor vs outdoor)

Default IP20 (indoor) = base. IP65 (rain-resistant) = +30%. IP67 (immersion) = +50%.

5. Custom logo or font upload

Vectorising your own logo from a JPG/PNG: free at Omineo. Custom font upload: +£25.

6. Express production
