FAQ – Custom Neon Sign

How much does a custom neon sign cost?

Starting at £139 for small (40 cm), mid-range £199–£399 for typical 80–100 cm signs, premium £499–£999 for large 150 cm+ business signage. All prices include VAT. EU customers: VAT shown separately on invoice.

How long does production take?

5–10 working days standard. Express (3–5 days) available with surcharge. Shipping adds 2–4 days to UK/IE, 1–3 days to mainland Europe.

Can I see what it looks like before ordering?

Yes – our configurator has real-time 3D preview. You can rotate, zoom, and check every detail before committing. For complex logos, we send a manual preview within 24 hours of ordering.

Is the LED safe? Does it get hot?

Yes, very safe. 12V low-voltage – no shock risk even if you touch it. Maximum surface temperature: 35 °C (warm to touch, not hot). CE-certified driver.

Can I return if I do not like it?

Custom-made signs are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period (EU consumer law). We send you a 3D preview before manufacturing – please confirm before we start. Manufacturing defects: full warranty replacement.

Outdoor use?

Yes, with IP65 (rain) or IP67 (immersion) upgrade (~30% surcharge). Our Polish manufacturing is outdoor-tested for European weather.

Do you ship to USA / Canada / Australia?

Currently we focus on EU + UK + Ireland. For US/Canada, contact us – we have logistics partners but it is case-by-case.
