The standard production time is 10–14 business days. The lead time depends on the current number of orders and the complexity of the project. Sometimes you may receive your product within a week, while other times it may take up to 4 weeks. We always inform you about the estimated lead time before placing the order.

Installation is very simple! 95% of our customers install it themselves. It’s like hanging a lamp – you connect two wires and mount it to the wall. We deliver the product tailored to your specific setup. If you have any issues, call us – we’ll guide you over the phone. To ensure proper operation, the LED neon requires a power supply with appropriately selected power. This power supply can either come with a plug for a standard socket (desktop power supply) or with wires for direct connection to the mains (230V) – this is an installation power supply.

Yes! The price you see includes everything: the product, mounting accessories, instructions, shipping, and VAT. There are no hidden costs.

Our LED neon signs last up to 50,000 hours! Additionally, we offer a 24–36 month warranty with the option to extend service coverage.

LED neon signs are made of plastic, contain no mercury or harmful gases, are flexible and impact-resistant, and are significantly more affordable than traditional glass neon signs.

Yes! We can create fully waterproof LED neon signs suitable for outdoor use.

Of course – in this case, the project is made using RGB LED neon technology, and color changes are controlled via a remote controller.

We create projects even several meters long – we can produce LED neon signs in almost any size. However, the design cannot be too small to remain feasible.

The voltage is 12V – completely safe.

It is an optional add-on used for outdoor LED neon installations. It’s a sensor that automatically turns the neon off when it gets bright and turns it on when it gets dark or cloudy.

Personal pickup is available only for business purchases (we operate under a fiscal exemption policy).

Yes, LED neon signs come with a 2-year warranty that includes full service and repair of any potential faults.
