🚚 How long does production take?
The standard lead time is 10–14 working days. We produce everything to order in our factory in Wrocław, ensuring the highest quality.
⏰ I need it urgently. Is it possible?
We understand that sometimes you’re in a hurry. Call us – we can often speed up production.
🔧 Is installation difficult?
Installation is very easy! 95% of our clients install it themselves. It’s like hanging a lamp – you connect 2 wires and mount it to the wall. We deliver a product tailored to your specific case. If you have any problems, call us – we’ll help over the phone.
💲 Is the configurator price final?
Yes! The price you see includes everything: the product, mounting elements, instructions, transport, and VAT. No hidden costs.
💡 What is the lifespan of LED neons?
Our LED neons last up to 50,000 hours! We also offer a 24–36 month warranty with an option to extend the service.
